These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SollerFlow website and services (the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you ("User," "Recruiter," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

01 // Account Registration

To use SollerFlow, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

02 // Services and AI Functionality

SollerFlow provides an AI-native recruitment platform that includes resume scoring and analysis.

AI Tooling: We use third-party providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to provide analysis. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or biased.
Advisory Nature: All AI "Fit Scores" and reports are for advisory purposes only. SollerFlow does not make hiring decisions. The User is solely responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and making final employment decisions.

03 // AI Credits and Payments

Our Platform operates on a "Credit" system.

• Purchase: Credits must be purchased in advance to use specific AI features.
• Usage: Credits are deducted upon the initiation of an AI task (e.g., resume scoring).
• Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
• Expiration: We reserve the right to set expiration dates on credits, communicated via the dashboard.

04 // User Responsibilities & Content

• Candidate Data: You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload candidate resumes.

• Compliance: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable labor and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and India’s DPDP Act).

• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Platform to discriminate against candidates or for any illegal purpose.

05 // Intellectual Property

SollerFlow and its original content remain the exclusive property of SollerFlow. You retain ownership of uploaded resumes, granting us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services requested.

06 // Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL TOTAL AMOUNT RECEIVED BY US FROM YOU TO ACCESS THE SERVICE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

07 // Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
