This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how SollerFlow ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information through our online platform (the "Platform").

By using or accessing the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Policy, and you hereby consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described herein. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

01 // Information Collection and Use

While using our Platform, you will have the opportunity to provide us with certain personal information. In addition, we may collect certain information automatically through your use of the Platform. We use this information to provide the functionality of our Platform, to improve our services, and to provide you with information about our Platform.

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and password. This is essential for maintaining your personal account and providing a customized experience.
  • Candidate Data & Resumes: We collect information from resumes/CVs uploaded to the Platform. This includes candidate names, contact details, and professional history.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Platform, including your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Communication Data: When you communicate with us through the Platform, email, or other channels, we may collect and store that correspondence, including feedback or support requests.

02 // AI Processing and Transparency

SollerFlow uses advanced AI to assist in recruitment analytics.

  • Technology: We utilize third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI and Google Gemini API.
  • Data Privacy: We have explicitly opted out of "Data Improvement/Training" programs. Your uploaded resumes and job descriptions are not used to train the public models of OpenAI or Google.
  • Human-in-the-Loop: AI-generated "Fit Scores" and reports are for advisory purposes only. Final hiring decisions are made exclusively by human recruiters. We do not engage in solely automated decision-making.

03 // Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

The Platform uses third-party applications to perform tasks and provide certain functionalities. These providers may collect and store your personal information:

  • Storage & Hosting: Vercel Blob and other cloud service providers.
  • AI Analysis: OpenAI and Google (Gemini).
  • Payments: Secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

04 // Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. While the security of your personal data is important to us, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

05 // Data Retention and Deletion

Resumes: Stored as long as the recruiter maintains the job posting or until a deletion request is made.

Account Deletion: Users may contact us at support@sollerflow.com to request the deletion of all account data. Upon such a request, account identifiers and related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

06 // Changes to this Policy

We are constantly trying to improve the Platform, so we may need to change this Policy from time to time. The date of the last modification will also be posted at the beginning of this Policy. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Policy.
